Flower Folds Change Purse

I happened to enter a Brighton store on day, not one of those store I usually visit, but this time something caught my eye... a leather change purse. It had a beautiful 3D flower on the front if it...I was instantly inspired to go home, pull out my flower folds die cut and give it a try. It took some trial and error but I was happy with the results. I bought the black leather change purse though e-bay and found the leather at a local leather store. I'm looking forward in making more and in different colors.

Did you notice the impressions in the leather? I ran it though the big shot multiple times using the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder.

This made great Secret Sister and Christmas gifts.

Thanks for stopping by today... have a fabulous day!

Tea Box

For Saint Patricks Day last year, I made this little box that held green tea. It was for my secret sister, she is a tea drinker. I really wish I took a picture of the box opened. It held 12 tea bags, 6 on each side of a center divider inside. I just had purchased the Flower Folds die cut and I had to use it.... I love... love... love it! It makes such beautiful flowers not just with paper, but with fabric too.

Card Tins

I am happy to report that my dear cousin Kelly and her family are finally coming home. They have been living a very adventurous life in Germany for the past 5 years. Though out the years she as called upon me for cards...I guess the card selection is not that great. Anyway, she has a few friends who also enjoy cards from me. This last Christmas I made Kelly a purse tin to hold her many cards and with much enthusiasm she showed those few friends in-turn wanted one for themselves. Today I would like to show you the card tins I made for my cousin Kelly and her friends.
