How can you go wrong with birds and polka dots. Adding Sweet Pea Stitched Felt elements to a project really adds a little extra pizzaz.
For this card I used "On Board So Tweet" chip board, "Sweet Pea DSP" and "Sweet Pea Stitch Felt". I used the large scallop die cut and the circle scissor. The ribbon is from Sale-a-Bration from last year, but could be substituted with "Old Olive 5/8 cross grain ribbon.
